Orders

All systems are custom built to order. Once parts have been purchased or assembly has begun, cancellation requests may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Warranty

All eligible systems include our standard limited warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or issues excluded by our warranty policy.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through UPS with tracking and insurance. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on build complexity, inventory availability, and carrier schedules.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, inspecting their system upon delivery, and following the included setup instructions before operating the computer.

Limitation of Liability

Spawn Point Customs is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages beyond the remedies available under our warranty and applicable consumer protection laws.
