Build Time

Custom PCs typically ship within 5–10 business days after order confirmation and component verification.

Tracking Information

Tracking will be emailed once your order ships so you can follow your PC all the way home.

Secure Packaging

Systems ship fully assembled with protective packaging designed to reduce damage during transit.

Signature Required

High-value PC orders may require a signature upon delivery for customer protection.

Shipping Damage

If your PC arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and system.
