Do Spawn Point PCs include a warranty?

Yes. Every Spawn Point Customs PC includes a limited hardware warranty and lifetime technical support. Warranty coverage varies by product series:

Scout Series: 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Victory Series: 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Elite Series: 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Titan Series: 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

How long does it take to build and ship my PC?

Every PC is built to order after your purchase is placed. Build times vary depending on component availability and how quickly our vendors deliver the required parts.

Most orders are completed and shipped within 7–14 business days, but timelines may vary due to vendor inventory, shipping delays, holidays, or high order volume. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.

Will I receive updates on my order?

Yes. We keep customers informed throughout the build process and will notify you if component availability affects your estimated completion date.

Can I return a custom PC?

Because custom PCs are built specifically for each customer, custom-built systems are generally non-returnable. If your system arrives damaged or experiences a covered hardware issue, contact us right away so we can help.

Do you offer black and white case options?

Yes. Depending on the series and current availability, many systems may be available in black or white. Available color options are listed on each product page.

Will my PC arrive ready to use?

Yes. Every PC ships with Windows installed, drivers updated, and stress testing completed. Just connect your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cable to start gaming.
